Côté aromatisation nous avons utilisé de la framboise pour son peps et de la menthe poivrée pour sa fraicheur.
Le résultat est beau et bon (évidement !), ultra désaltérant, gourmand avec ces notes sur la framboise et frais avec un nez sur la menthe poivrée.
Les 2 grands plus de notre kombucha : l’absence d’alcool et la très faible quantité de sucre résiduel.

Notre intention avec ce kombucha:

Du goût, pas d’alcool, très peu de sucre et le tout en BIO. Enfin une bonne alternative pintable à la bières pour l’apéro !
